Kitty and the Midnight Hour Parnormal Romance - Urban Fantasy - Shapeshifters
(Goodreads) Kitty Norville is a midnight-shift DJ for a Denver radio station - and a werewolf in the closet. Her new late-night advice show for the supernaturally disadvantaged is a raging success, but it's Kitty who can use some help. With one sexy werewolf-hunter and a few homicidal undead on her tail, Kitty may have bitten off more than she can chew?
~ 2.5 Stars ~
I enjoyed "Kitty and the Midnight Hour", thou it had it's down sides to it as well. I hope the character Kitty grows up more in the series, for she does seam to have potentinal and from what I see the series did take off.

The plot was interesting with assassins, fake faith healers peddling a cure, disappearing vampires and the revaluation that supernaturals do exist in the world. The beginning of the book I was a little disgusted with the characters. The end though totally suppressed and annoyed me.

I liked the radio talk show aspe…

I recently read Dark Wolf (Dark #25) by Christine Feehan. I really enjoy this series and am thrilled with the new direction she has taken in her Dark series. Dark Wolf is about Skyler and Dimitri. Skyler was barely a teen when she meet Dimitri, so this story has been a long time coming.

"The official looked at her again and studied her papers closely. "He died of a broken heart?" There was skepticism in his voice.    Skyler nearly choked. "When I get my hands on you, Josef, you're going to die of more than a broken heart.” - Dark Wolf by Christine Feehan
"There is uncertainty of the future.     Skyler laughed softly, sharing her amus…

Review: Dark Wolf (Dark, #25) by Christine Feehan

Dark Wolf Parnormal Romance - Vampires - Shapeshifters (Goodreads) In Dark Lycan, Christine Feehan journeyed into the heart of the Carpathians, and into the souls of two lifemates stirred by the flush of passion and the threat of annihilation. In Dark Wolf, the breathtaking story continues as the bonds of family are imperiled, and the fate of two lovers lies hidden in the seductive shadows between life and death.

Skyler Daratrazanoff always recognized the miracle that was Dimitri Tirunul, a man beyond any dream that had ever engaged her nights. But she was human. Vulnerable. He was Carpathian. Nearly immortal. She was nineteen. He was an ancient. Yet she held half his soul, the light to his darkness. Without her, he would not survive. Caught between the two warring species, Dimitri has spent centuries hunting the undead to keep his people free, and humans safe. He had survived honorably when others had chosen to give up their souls. But now, marked for extermination by the Lycans, Dimitri…

Review: Wolf with Benefits (Pride, #8) by Shelly Laurenston

Wolf With Benefits Parnormal Romance - Shapeshifters - Urban Fantasy (Goodreads) Ricky Lee has no plans of getting serious about anyone, but he will protect Toni Jean-Louis Parker. Not just because he’s been hired to do so, but because it’s the right thing to do. And if that means traveling around the country with one complicated She-jackal, dealing with chocolate-eating wild dogs, instigating trouble between his brothers, and having the most amazing sex he’s ever had…well, who said his job didn’t have perks?
Toni doesn’t know how she keeps getting herself into these situations. But even she has to admit there’s something about Ricky Lee Reed that she finds kind of interesting…and downright sexy. Now they just have to survive long enough to figure out if what they have is worth fighting for.
